01 — Your Co-Owners

02 — The Contractuals

Our legal team, specializing in Portuguese real estate law, drafts a comprehensive investment contract among the co-owners.

This contract covers essential aspects such as ownership shares, mortgage payments, decision-making and conflict resolution, default provisions, property management (incl. maintenance and ongoing management), and exit strategies for the investment.

03 — Property Search

Our licensed real estate agents will help identify a property that aligns with the co-owners' criteria, including location, expected rental income, and other preferences.

04 — Securing the Mortgage

We help you secure the most favorable mortgage options by liaising with Portuguese banks on your behalf.

05 — Bank Account

If required, we can assist you in obtaining a Portuguese tax identification number (NIF) and setting up a bank account, both of which are necessary to proceed with a property purchase in Portugal.
